Change Theme in Google Chrome Beta?

How to Change a Theme

1. Click Tools icon at the top right of your browser

a. and select Options

b. then the Personal Stuff tab.

c. Then click on “Get Themes”

2. In the Themes section, click Get Themes to browse all available themes. Click Apply Theme once you have chosen one you would like to use.

I have been trying to change my theme but it keeps on going back to the default one after restarting chrome. Can you help me please?
