Print Same Cell Range From More Than One Worksheet in Microsoft Excel 2007?

How to print the same cell range from more than one Excel workbook

 

  • Select required cells on the first worksheet

 

 

 

  • Hold down the CTRL key and select each of the other worksheets to be printed

 

  • Click on the Microsoft Office button

  • Select Print

  • Select Print again

 

 

  • Check box next to Selection

 

  • Click Preview if required or OK to print
