Use IF Function in Microsoft Excel 2007?

How to use the IF function in Excel

  • IF function offers two possible results depending on the contents of the cell. To determine results and deciding factor, select the Formula tab

 

  • Click on Logical

 

  • Select IF

 

  • Enter condition that is to be tested. Must be able to be answered with True or False

 

  • Enter results for True and False

 

  • Click OK
